Delete your account

In the app

This is the quickest way, and it takes effect straight away.

1. Open the Her Long Game app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Account.
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. Tick the box to confirm, then tap Delete permanently.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, or cannot sign in, send us a request below. Use the email address linked to your account. We will reply to that address to confirm the request came from you, then delete your account and let you know when it is done. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.

Prefer email? Write to hello@herlonggame.com.au from the address on your account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your login, email address and password
• your lesson progress and checkpoints
• your Her Notes and saved reflections
• your goals and your 12 month plan
• anything you saved in Her Tools
• any wisdom you passed on, including entries already published
• your app usage records

This cannot be undone. If you come back later, you will start again with a new account.

What we may keep

If you bought something from us, records of that payment may be kept where the law requires it, for example for tax and accounting. Your full card details are never stored by us.

Our email list is separate from the app. To stop receiving emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
